Everything was good from the excellent service to the excellent food. The staff was superfriendly, the room was immaculate and huge. The location was unbeatable, for example, Parque el Poblado was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

Would return there, the hotel was reasonably clean, and location next to the fancy restaurant was fab. Pleasant muffins, hot waffles, pastries and scrambled eggs in the restaurant. Cheap and relaxing units with a tub. Very good service, elegant and impeccable staff.

Always exceptionally clean place with very very kind staff and unique location. Tasty continental breakfast - good yoghourt, pastries, hot waffles, scrambled eggs and muffins. It was nice to have a bar in the lobby. There were consistent internet and private parking available.

The room was fashioned and great comfortable, breakfast was consistently good! Wonderfull hotel, 0.5 km from Olaya Herrera airport. Very impressive view, a small balcony, really comfortable bed, too. Brilliant service during my enjoyable stay. No worries about free WiFi throughout the property. It worked quickly.

The staff was accommodating and the place was spotless. Breakfast had fab choices, including pastries, scrambled eggs, hot waffles, bangers and yoghourt, sadly we were in a hurry and didn't try all of it. Stayed in good modern standard king room with continental breakfast, complimentary wine plus a tub.
